I loved every minute of the journey, starting with training and then coaching, being able to help clients reach their full potential.

The Idea Was Born:

Living the rural life, Is "the Dream" Most of the time. I live it and breathe it every day and love it. So I understand the ups and downs that comes with it. From isolation, crazy weather events, farming cycles, our businesses, rural life and community. With out forgetting the most important our families, friends and loves ones - their health and well-being.

About Frances Beeston – Career and Life Coaching

I’ve plenty of first hand experience in farming and rural life, I was born and breed into it, I have been involved in the dairy industry for many years, before I started transitioning into coaching as-well, I have worked my way up through the dairy industry, and for the last 8 years industry run my own business share milking, I have a Diploma in Agribusiness Management and a passion for farming industry and farm life.

Along side farming, I enjoy helping people. It has always been important for me to work with people and assist them to fulfill their goals and dreams.

I have trained through New Zealand Life Coaching -Abundance Coaching and Breakthrough Life coaching.

I have a Diploma in Life Coaching, I am a NLP Practitioner, Certificate in Crisis Counselling and am currently doing papers in stress management.

I belong to ANZCAL - Australia & NZ Coaching alliance.
